Terms of Service
Effective date: August 29, 2026
OpenClaw Mail Agent is a private tool operated by MarginCall to send automated reports from the operator's authorized Google account. It is not offered as a public or multi-user service.
Authorized use
The tool may be used only by the account owner or an authorized operator, in compliance with Google policies and applicable law. It must not be used to send spam, deceptive messages, unlawful content, or email without appropriate authorization.
Availability
The service is provided for internal operational use and may be changed, suspended, or discontinued. No guarantee of uninterrupted delivery or availability is made.
Responsibility
The operator is responsible for the reports sent, recipient selection, account security, and continued authorization of the Google account.
